- 15 oz can chickpeas
- 1 can tuna **optional
- 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives, roughly chopped
- 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (affiliate)
- freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and gently stir until combined.
- Serve alone or with crusty french bread!
