Description

Crispy Air Fryer Asian Tofu and Broccoli is the best meal prep situation for lunches throughout the week. Use your air fryer, skillet, or bake in the oven!


Ingredients

Scale

Tofu

  • 1 package extra firm tofu, pressed and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon sriracha (affiliate)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce (affiliate)
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar (affiliate)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (affiliate)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Broccoli

  • 1 medium sized head broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces

Instructions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients for tofu marinade, then marinate pressed tofu for at least 15 minutes, or up to 1 hour.
  2. Add tofu to air fryer basket, and cook at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Shake basket, add broccoli, shake again, then cook for another 10-15 minutes at 375.
  3. Serve over rice, or store in fridge for lunches throughout the week.

Notes

If you’d like to make in the oven, place tofu and broccoli on a sheet pan covered in parchment paper and bake at 375 for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
