Salad
- 1 small head napa cabbage
- 2 cups chopped broccoli florets
- 2 large carrots, grated
- 2 large green onions, sliced
- 3/4 cup chow mein noodles
- 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
Dressing
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (affiliate)
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar (affiliate)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (affiliate)
- 1 tablespoon honey (affiliate)
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
Instructions
- Toss together all salad ingredients in large bowl.
- Add all dressing ingredients to a mason jar, shake well, then drizzle over top of salad and toss to combine.
