Garlic Ranch Mashed Potatoes. Use your pressure cooker to whip them up in only 10 minutes!

Garlic Ranch Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs russet potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 3 large cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1/4 cup butter (affiliate)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to your preference
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel potatoes and place in pressure cooker on top of trivet.
  2. Pour water into pressure cooking pot and throw whole, peeled cloves of garlic in the pot.
  3. Lock lid and cook potatoes for 7 minutes on high pressure with a quick release.
  4. In small sauce, heat butter, milk, and ranch dressing.
  5. Mash potatoes and add in milk mixture. Whip until desired texture.
  6. Add salt and pepper, mix, and serve warm!

Notes

If you don’t have a pressure cooker, you can either chop and boil your potatoes in a large pot on the stove or throw them in a slow cooker for 4-5 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low.
