- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 4 large garlic cloves, minced
- ⅓ cup honey (affiliate)
- ⅓ cup ketchup (affiliate)
- ½ cup soy sauce (affiliate)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 green onions, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Brown chicken thighs in pressure cooker for 2 minutes per side.
- Add all remaining ingredients but green onions and sesame seeds.
- Lock lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Do a quick release and serve over cooked brown or white rice.
- Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
