- 2 1/4 cups water

Instructions
- Rinse brown rice in a strainer thoroughly with water then add to pressure cooker.
- Add water and salt then stir, then lock lid and set to high pressure for 20 minutes.
- When time is up, let pressure naturally release for 10 minutes, then release all remaining pressure.
Notes
1 cup of uncooked brown rice equals 3 cups of cooked brown rice.
