RECIPE 1
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (affiliate)
- 1/4 cup quinoa (affiliate)
RECIPE 2
- 1/2 cup chopped kale
- 1/4 cup chopped pears
- 1/4 cup white rice
RECIPE 3
- 1/2 cup chopped apples
- 1/4 cup frozen corn
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
RECIPE 4
- 1/2 cup frozen broccoli
- 1/4 cup ground flax seed
- 1 date {seed removed}
Instructions
- Place each recipe into a small heat proof ramekin or dish.
Lower trivet into pressure cooker and add 1 cup of water to bottom of pot. - Place ramekins on trivet, then lock lid and set to high pressure for 3 minutes.
- When time is up, do a quick release and add the contents of each ramekin to a food processor or blender.
- Let cool and serve.
