Description

Pressure Cooker Pepperoni Pizza Pasta has all the kids running to the table! It makes the tastiest leftovers – great for school lunches too!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1/2 cup quartered pepperonis
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce (affiliate)
  • 1 heaping tablespoon tomato paste (affiliate)
  • 3 1/2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons italian seasoning (affiliate)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Stir together all ingredients but the mozzarella cheese.
  2. Lock lid and set to high pressure for 4 minutes.
  3. When time is up, do a quick release and stir in shredded mozzarella.
