Description
Pressure Cooker Pepperoni Pizza Pasta has all the kids running to the table! It makes the tastiest leftovers – great for school lunches too!
Ingredients

- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1/2 cup quartered pepperonis
- 8 ounces tomato sauce (affiliate)
- 1 heaping tablespoon tomato paste (affiliate)
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning (affiliate)
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Stir together all ingredients but the mozzarella cheese.
- Lock lid and set to high pressure for 4 minutes.
- When time is up, do a quick release and stir in shredded mozzarella.
