- 1 cup steel cut oats (affiliate)
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (affiliate)
- 2 tablespoons vanilla (affiliate)
- 1/2 cup strong coffee
- 1/4 cup half and half or heavy cream
Instructions
- Combine oats, water, and milk in your pressure cooker and set to high pressure for 12 minutes.
- *If using an Instant Pot, select Multigrain Less.
- When time is up, let the pressure naturally release for 5 minutes, then release any remaining pressure.
- Stir in pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, salt, pepper, brown sugar, vanilla, and coffee.
- Ladle into a bowl or mug, top with some extra brown sugar and a drizzle of heavy cream.
- Eat!
