- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce (affiliate)
- 1/4 cup honey (affiliate)
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar (affiliate)
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (affiliate)
- 10 ounces Lo Mein Egg Noodles (like these)
- 3 cups water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
Instructions
- In pressure cooker, sauté ginger and garlic in sesame oil until fragrant. About 1 minute.
- Add soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sriracha, egg noodles, and water.
- Stir and break up egg noodles if stuck in a clump.
- Lock lid and set to high pressure for 2 minutes.
- When time is up, let pressure naturally release for 5 minutes then release all remaining pressure.
- Whisk cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water, then stir into noodles. Turn on sauté setting until sauce slightly thickens.
- Serve sprinkled liberally with sesame seeds.
