Ingredients

- 4 egg yolks
- ⅓ cup white sugar
- ⅓ cup pumpkin puree
- 2 cups milk (2% or whole)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon vanilla (affiliate) extract
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Pour egg yolks into the bowl of a stand mixer and mix on medium speed.
- Add sugar slowly and continue mixing until just combined.
- Adjust mixer speed to low and add in pumpkin, milk, cream, vanilla, nutmeg, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Pour into a pitcher and chill before serving.
