Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- In a large bowl whisk together soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and sesame oil. Place steak in marinade and let sit.
- Toss veggies with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and then sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay veggies on large baking sheet, spread out into a single layer.
- Roast for 10 minutes then remove from oven.
- Move veggies to the sides and place marinated steak in middle of baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper then bake for 10-15 minutes, depending on how you like your steak cooked.
