  • 4 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 bag chopped kale salad with sprouts, cabbage, kale, and broccoli. (or make your own mixture)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • ¼ cup soy sauce (affiliate)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (affiliate)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl, stir to combine, serve!
