Description
Apple Chia Overnight Oats are a big hit with my whole family! Mix them up in 5 minutes on Sunday night and breakfast is ready for the week!
Ingredients

- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey (affiliate) or maple syrup (affiliate)
- 2 cups milk (I used a cup of whole milk and a cup of almond milk)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (affiliate)
- Pinch of ground cloves
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- 1 large apple, peeled and chopped
Instructions
- Whisk together all ingredients except chopped apples.
- Spoon into individual glass jars or place in a bowl with an airtight lid.
- Add chopped apples to the top of oats then place in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight.
- Serve cold!
