Apple Chia Overnight Oats

Description

Apple Chia Overnight Oats are a big hit with my whole family! Mix them up in 5 minutes on Sunday night and breakfast is ready for the week!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey (affiliate) or maple syrup (affiliate)
  • 2 cups milk (I used a cup of whole milk and a cup of almond milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (affiliate)
  • Pinch of ground cloves
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 large apple, peeled and chopped

Instructions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients except chopped apples.
  2. Spoon into individual glass jars or place in a bowl with an airtight lid.
  3. Add chopped apples to the top of oats then place in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight.
  4. Serve cold!
