Ingredients

- 2 lbs 80/20% Ground Chuck
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 big handful spinach, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
- 1 tablespoon your favorite hamburger seasoning (I use Penzey’s Forward)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 6 buns
- *optional toppings: tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, ketchup (affiliate), mustard
Instructions
- In large bowl, add ground chuck, onion, spinach, cheese and seasonings. Mix with wooden spoon or hands until completely combined.
- Form into 6 large patties about 1 inch thick.
- Grill for 4-7 minutes over medium low heat on each side, depending on doneness preference.
- Toast buns on grill over low heat.
- Place patty on bun and serve with desired toppings.
