Ingredients

  • 8 oz oreos
  • 6 oz cadbury mini eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup butter (affiliate), melted
  • 5 cups vanilla (affiliate) ice cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups whole strawberries, frozen (about 8 large strawberries)
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • cadburys and coconut for topping

Instructions

  1. In food processor or blender, blend oreos, mini cadburys, coconut, and butter until crumbly.
  2. Press oreo mixture into springform pan or pie plate.
  3. With wooden spoon or with electric mixer, beat vanilla ice cream and softened cream cheese.
  4. In food processor or blender, blend frozen strawberries to get chunky bits.
  5. Gently stir strawberries into ice cream mixture and spread on top of oreo crust.
  6. Freeze for 1-2 hours then top with dollops of whipped topping, cadburys, and coconut.
  7. Keep frozen until ready to serve.
