  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (affiliate) extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat waffle iron.
  2. Whisk together buttermilk and slightly cooled, melted butter.
