- In small skillet over medium heat, toast chopped pistachios for 1-2 minutes, then drizzle with honey and stir until honey has coated all the pistachios. Take off heat and place on wax paper to cool.
- Pour cereal into a bowl and top with pistachios, thyme leaves, lemon zest.
- Pour milk over top and enjoy!
