Pressure Cooker Cinnamon Maple Applesauce is made with just a few simple ingredients and is ready in less than 30 minutes! It’s the perfect stand alone stack or amazing cooked into muffins, pancakes, or waffles!
- 3 lbs apples, peeled and quartered
- 1/4 cup water
- Add all ingredients to pressure cooker and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
- When time is up, do a quick release.
- Stir applesauce with a whisk for a chunky texture or add to a blender and puree for a smoother sauce.
