Pressure Cooker Stage 1 Baby Food for 4-6 Month Olds.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 small apple, peeled and diced
  • 1 small pear, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup diced/peeled butternut squash (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/4 cup diced/peeled sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup trimmed cut green beans
  • 1 large carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup frozen green peas
  • 1 small zucchini, chopped

Instructions

  1. Add trivet to pressure cooker, then pour 1 cup of water into bottom of pot.
  2. Place 4 ramekins filled with apple, pear, peas, and zucchini onto trivet.
  3. Place steamer basket on top, creating a second level, and add butternut squash, sweet potatoes, green beans, and carrot to steamer basket.
  4. Lock lid and set to high pressure for 5 minutes.
  5. When time is up, let pressure naturally release.
  6. Carefully remove fruits and veggies from pressure cooker, mash or puree to desired consistency, then store in refrigerator for 2-3 days or freeze until ready to serve.
