Description
Making white basmati rice in your pressure cooker takes less than 15 minutes and is completely hands off!
Instructions
- Rinse rice in a strainer thoroughly with water then add to pressure cooker.
- Add water and salt then stir, lock lid and set to high pressure for 3 minutes,
- When time is up, let pressure naturally release for 10 minutes, then release all remaining pressure.
Notes
1 cup of uncooked white basmati rice yields 2 1/4 cups of cooked rice.
