- 1 tablespoon olive oil (affiliate)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
- 1 1/2 cups chopped leftover ham
- 4 cups shredded frozen hash browns
- 8 eggs, whisked
- 1/2 cup salsa verde (affiliate)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Spray the pot of your slow cooker or pressure cooker with cooking spray.
- Combine and stir all ingredients in slow cooker or pressure cooker on “slow cook” setting.
- Cook on high for 4 hours, then turn off heat and serve.
