Hoisin Sauce
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce (affiliate)
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter (affiliate)
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar (affiliate)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce or sriracha (affiliate)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Toppings
- 2 cups cooked pulled pork (check here for pork recipe)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 jalapenos, sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Using pre-made pizza dough, grease large pizza pan or baking sheet and pat dough to corners.
- To make hoisin sauce, combine all ingredients but cornstarch in small saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce to low and whisk in cornstarch. Stir until sauce starts to thicken.
- Spread sauce over top of pizza crust then top with pulled pork, jalapenos, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with cilantro.
- Serve!
