Each week you can find the most recent meal plan below. In my family, if I don’t have at least a loose idea of what I’m making for the week, dinner will likely either be a last minute scramble or a trip to Chick-Fil-A. Neither is ideal!

Once I started meal planning on a regular basis, the dinnertime hour was way less stressful and our bellies were happier. Since I’m already putting these together for my family, I thought I’d share them with you as well! I hope they’re helpful.

When planning, I generally follow these parameters: Monday – Meatless. Tuesday – Mexican inspired. Wednesday – American. Thursday – Asian inspired. Friday – Pizza/pasta. Saturday – Soup
