This 3 Ingredient Balsamic Pork Tenderloin has been appearing on our grill nights for two summers now! We got on a kick making these Crispy Parmesan Sweet Potato Rounds around the same time, and eventually decided that they were basically the perfect summer meal – but that we should probably pair them with something else.

We were having some friends over for a grill out and surprise surprise, my original dinner plan fell through so I quickly thawed a pork tenderloin and whisked together a few of my favorite pantry staples. Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, dijon mustard, and salt and pepper of course. Yes, that’s 6 total ingredients, but I don’t count the oil and the salt and pepper – everyone has those on hand!

I think I only had time to marinate the pork for about an hour, but still after we pulled it off the grill, we absolutely loved it! It’s now our go-to summer meal when company’s coming, we usually pair it with the Crispy Parmesan Sweet Potato Rounds and some simple grilled asparagus!
