A refreshing mix of tonic water, lime, basil, and blackberries to kick off a relaxing weekend!
I’m gonna keep this short and sweet, just like these lovely and refreshing drinks! I bought a potted basil the other day that has grown like a weed in the past week due to TONS of rain and an equal amount of sunshine 🙂 I only harvested half of the plant yesterday and got 15 leaves, so you can count on there being a fair amount of basil related posts in the near future!
It was either a crazy blackberry, mozzarella, and basil flatbread coming your way today or this spritzer, and well, today just felt like a spritzer kind of day! Next week you just might see that flatbread though 🙂
Have an amazing weekend, kick back, enjoy the beautiful outdoors, and sip on this beauty!

This looks SO beautiful and refreshing! We have a basil plant that’s currently exploding as well, and I love basil drinks (especially with that splash of gin)! Perfect!
Basil is the best. I absolutely love being able to step outside and pick my own fresh herbs! Let me know if you make it 🙂
