Pressure Cooker 3 Ingredient Kielbasa Bites are the perfect party app! Just add brown sugar, dijon mustard, and cola!
I’ll be the first to say, this recipe is a bit strange for the usual Kitschen Cat fare. To start off, I don’t think I’ve had a sip of coke for 10 years, let alone use it in a recipe!
We started up a weekly open pizza night a couple weeks ago and a good friend brought these fun glass bottles of coke, so it gave me an idea. With all the football and indoor fall parties, we gotta band together and start growing our arsenal of super easy party apps!
I’m not going to go around advocating for using POP {I’m from Nebraska} in the majority of your cooking, but for nights when you need the perfect app in under 15 minutes, this can be your go to!
The ingredients in the photos are literally all you need to make these Kielbasa bites. Brown sugar, coca cola {or root beer, or dr. pepper, pepsi…}, and a grainy dijon mustard. I love the one Trader Joe’s sells, and it’s much more reasonably priced than most I’ve come across.
We have a couple of fall parties coming up along with weekly pizza night, so I know these beauties will be gracing my Instant Pot at least a few more times. The balance of acidity and sweetness and vinegar is just perfect, and I know they’ll be a big hit at your next party!
